Enabling Recurring Sales
1. In order to use the recurring sales app your Oncord plan must include all marketing and commerce features. To change your plan click here to contact us.
2. Not all payment gateways are compatible with recurring sales. Presently the recurring sales app is only compatible with Stripe, eWAY and Authorize.net.
How to Enable the Add-on
To enable the add-on go to Dashboard > Settings > Apps. The Recurring Sales app will be listed under Available Applications.
To enable the app, simply click the "Enable" button.
A notice will appear to confirm that the app was installed successfully, and a "Recurring Sales" navigation item will be added under the Commerce heading in the dashboard.

How much does it cost to use the Oncord Recurring Sales Add-on?
Use of the recurring sales add-on attracts a fee in addition to your Oncord pricing plan.
Each recurring sales invoice incurs a 0.5% fee.
When calculating your fees, don't forget to include fees imposed by your payment gateway provider (eg. Stripe).
At the end of the month the calculated fee will simply be added to your invoice. You can review all invoices and charges to your account through the dashboard: Dashboard > Settings > My Account
Why the additional charge?
This fee helps us continue to improve recurring sales functionality, as well as cover costs for general maintenance.
