A Better Website Backup Service Now Available

An improvement in Oncord server infrastructure now means better backups across all websites. An additional service allowing business critical data to be mirrored in real time at a secondary location is also now available. Should there ever be a catastrophic disaster in our primary data centre, your data is stored automatically in a secondary location.

Where is Your Oncord Data Stored?

Oncord data is stored on independently owned hardware at a secure facility in Brisbane, Australia. While other providers often opt to backup overseas to save costs, to protect client privacy and data we take care of backups independently, in Australian based locations.

As of the recent infrastructure update, all Oncord data is now backed up daily to a secondary data centre based in Sydney via a secure fibre optic link.

Our primary datacentre is in Brisbane, Australia. Our secondary datacentre is Equinix, Sydney; which securely houses the likes of Amazon and Yahoo.

Continuous Data Replication

A backup service for extra peace of mind

Continuous data replication allows Oncord data to be backed up continuously, in real time to a secondary data centre. If your Oncord data is business critical and needs to be backed up more frequently than the automatic daily updates, continuous data replication can be added to your pricing plan for an extra $30+GST per month.
