Kubernetes Server Update
We're updating the hosting environment that powers Oncord and your website to Kubernetes. Kubernetes is modern technology for deploying server infrastructure.
Read MoreYou have always been able to see and monitor how much usage your account with Oncord is using, however now you can produce beautiful charts on bandwidth over time.
With Oncord, you've always been able to view bandwidth usage data. However we've just released an update which allows you to view granular reports of where your bandwidth is being used over time.
To access this report, go to Configuration > My Account > Bandwidth > View Details.
Bandwidth is the allowance of data being sent / transferred by Oncord. Your bandwidth allowance is mostly consumed by users viewing your website, videos, images, PDF documents, and when your contacts receive e-mails via the e-mail marketing system.
If you're getting close to your bandwidth allowance, or looking to save on your spend with Oncord you can use this new reporting to cut down on your bandwidth usage.
The reporting highlights the heaviest files on your website so that your web designer can optimise them as necessary, or fix potential issues in your site design causing extra usage to be consumed.
If you're unsure about your pricing plan, simply contact us to discuss your options. You're not locked into any pricing contracts with Oncord.
