Introducing the Oncord Agent

Meet the Oncord Agent: ask business questions in plain language, point at dashboard elements for context-aware help, edit content by request, recreate pages from links, and delegate repetitive tasks - all while staying in control.

An exciting new way of working with Oncord is now live. 

The Oncord Agent is like having a whole new team member. Available on every admin page, and ready to pull together reports, fix problems, build pages and tools, and walk you through anything you're stuck on.

Describe what you need, and watch it happen.

We're so excited to see what this unlocks for Oncord users and agencies.

Generate Tailored Reports & Insights

Your Oncord account holds a wealth of data - contacts, sales, campaigns, form submissions, website activity. Until now, turning that data into insights meant knowing exactly where to look, and then a lot of manual work exporting data and building a report.  

Now you can just simply ask:

• "What were our top selling products this month?"
• "Summarize all submissions of our survey form" 
• "Which pages get the most traffic?"
• "Show me new contacts by source this year."

The Agent queries your data and builds a tailored report on the spot - the numbers you care about, not a fixed dashboard someone else designed.

The agent will retrieve your data and even present a comparison to the previous period so you can see which way things are heading. 

Better Help Where You're Working

Stuck on a page? Sometimes it's easier to show than to explain.

Select the pointer button under the message box, and then click any element on the page: a button, a heading, a row in a table, a field in a form. 

Ask a question, and the AI agent will talk you through it, or offer to handle it for you. It's like having one of our team looking over your shoulder, whenever you need it.

For example, in the Page Editor, select a feature list and type:
"turn this into three short cards with icons".

Write and Edit Your Content

Staring at a blank page is the worst part of publishing. When you're editing a page or an email, the assistant can:

• Write a first draft for you.
• Rewrite a section to be clearer or shorter.
• Adjust the tone.
• Translate it into another language.
• Proofread it.

You stay in the editor the whole time, and every change is a single undo away if you change your mind.

Recreate a Page From a Link

Seen a layout you like, or need to rebuild an old page on your new site? Give the assistant a web address and it can recreate that page inside Oncord using real Oncord building blocks, ready for you to tweak. It's a quick head start instead of starting from scratch.

Hand Off the Repetitive Jobs

Some admin work is just tedious:

• Updating prices across a batch of products.
• Tidying up a list of contacts.
• Importing records from a file.

Describe what you want and the assistant can take care of it across many records at once, so you're not clicking through the same screen a hundred times.

Upload a File or Screenshot

Upload a PDF, an image, a screenshot, or a spreadsheet saved as a CSV, and ask the assistant about it. It can read what's there and put it to use, whether that's pulling details out of a document or working through a list of data someone's handed you.

You're Always in Control

The Agent asks before it does anything that matters. Before it deletes, merges, or changes a batch of records, it shows you exactly what will be affected and waits for your yes or no. Letting it move between pages or submit forms on your behalf is off by default until you switch it on. Nothing happens behind your back, and most changes can be undone afterwards. It's a helper, not something running loose in your account.

How to Start
