The Oncord team worked through most of the Christmas break to deliver some great new digital marketing features for the new year. We're really looking forward to seeing them in action, and can't wait to hear your thoughts.

SMS Marketing

You can now send SMS marketing campaigns or notifications to members straight from the dashboard. After sending a message the system will capture customer replies and handle opt-outs.

Social Networking Tools

Save time by posting to social media networks straight from the dashboard, you can even post to multiple social networks at once.

Marketing Automation

Send automated e-mail messages based on form submissions, purchases and more. A few good examples of how Oncord clients are already using the new automation features:

• E-mail customers a special offer or discount code, a month after each purchase.
• Send a series of messages to members who submitted a specific web form.

Accessing the New Features

If you're an existing customer, our team has already installed the new features for you. The SMS Marketing and Social Media features are available to all customers on the Communication or Complete pricing plans.
