Setup The Simpro Integration

In order to enable the Simpro integration, your account will need to include the Marketing functionality of Oncord. An easy way to determine whether you have this plan enabled is to look for the "Marketing" heading in the sidebar of your Oncord Dashboard. Upgrading your plan is an easy, instant process. What Data is Synchronised?

The Simpro integration works by synchronising the following information:

From Oncord From Simpro
  • Changing a contact's details in any part of Oncord will also update in Simpro.
  • Deleting a contact will not delete them in Simpro.
  • All contacts within Simpro are pulled into Oncord
  • Any change to contact details of customers will be reflected in Oncord.
  • Deleting a contact will not remove them from Oncord
Form Submissions
  • Depending on configuration, Form submissions can create new leads in Simpro
  • Creating / Re-Naming or Deleting groups in Oncord will not modify Simpro tags
  • Simpro tags will appear in Oncord as groups
  • Simpro contacts that are "tagged", will appear in the relevant Oncord groups

Note: Because deletions are not reflected in either system, you may need to delete entries in both systems.

Contact Fields Synchronised

The following contact fields are synchronized with Simpro 

First Name, Last Name.
Company Name.
Address, Suburb, Postcode,  State, Country.
Phone 1, Phone 2, Mobile Phone.
Email Address.

When a form submission creates a Lead, the form fields will appear in the Lead Description field in Simpro.

When Does it Sync?

You can choose to enable or disable automatic synchronisation within the Simpro integration configuration page.

Oncord will batch-sync with Simpro two minutes after an update takes place within Oncord.

For instance, if you updated a contact's email address at 2:00pm, and then an invoice is created at 2:03pm.  Both changes would be reflected at 2:04pm within Simpro.

If no update takes place in Oncord, a scheduled sync will take place after one day to download data from Simpro.

Enable The Simpro Integration

To enable the Simpro integration:

Navigate to Dashboard > Settings.

Select the "Third Party Integrations" page.

Click the "Enable Integration" button in the Simpro integration box.

Follow the steps to allow Oncord to access your Simpro account.
