Backing Up Your Website
This article will explain how to take a manual backup of your website.
How to Backup you Website:
Login to your website dashboard (via your-website-address.com/admin)
Click the "Settings" icon, located at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Select the "Backups" heading.
Ensure that both "Backup Filesystem" and "Backup Database" are selected, and click the Launch Backup button.
Your website backup will be saved as a zip file which you can download and store somewhere safe. Take care when storing that backup, as it contains sensitive information such as your contact database and sales invoices.
If the backup isn't downloading properly, or if the backup tool is taking too long, consider running two separate backups of the Filesystem and the Database.
