Product Sales
Tracking individual product performance is an essential part of running an efficient online store. Oncord provides a built-in sales view for each product, giving you clear visibility into sales volume, customer activity, and fulfilment status. This makes it easy to monitor how specific products are performing and take action where needed.
You can check out our article Managing Sales to learn more about overall sales management across your store.
Viewing Specific Product Sales
To view sales data for a specific product:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Commerce > Products.
- Select the product you wish to review.
- Click the Sales tab at the top of the product page.
From here, you’ll see a complete breakdown of that product’s performance and sale records, including:
- Number of times sold
- Total revenue generated
-
Detailed sale records including date, invoice link, customer, quantity, total price, payment status, balance, and
fulfilment status
You can also sort sales data using product-specific attributes like color or type.
Taking Action on Sales
Next to each sale record is a three-dot menu, allowing you to take further actions on the order.
If you're looking to analyze or archive your sales data, simply click the “Export Data” link in the bottom-right corner to download the data as a CSV file.
