Download Your Oncord Bill

Invoices for your Oncord subscription are automatically generated each month.

You can view and download past invoices via the My Account page within your Oncord Dashboard.

How to Download Your Invoice

1. Login to your Oncord Dashboard.
   
2. Click the Settings icon (bottom-left).
   
3. Select My Account.
   
4. Click the invoice you’d like to download.

General Troubleshooting

What’s the URL to access my Oncord Dashboard?
If your website is live, just add /admin to the end of your website address (e.g. yourdomain.com/admin). If your website isn't live yet, contact support and we'll help you access your account.

I don’t have administrator access to the Dashboard.
The e-mail containing your invoice includes a "Pay Invoice Online" link, so you can view and pay your invoice without logging in. Alternatively, another administrator can invite you to the Dashboard if you need ongoing access.
