What Data is Synchronised?

The Eventbrite integration allows you to sync events you've created within Oncord, to Eventbrite. When attendees are added to an event within Eventbrite, they're also added to the event within Oncord.

The Eventbrite integration works by synchronising the following information:

From Oncord

From Eventbrite

  • Newly created events can be pushed into Eventbrite.
  • Events can link to existing events in Eventbrite.
  • Changing an event's details will update in Eventbrite.
  • Deleting an event will delete it in Eventbrite.
Events
  • Newly created events will not create events in Oncord.
  • Changing an event's details will update in Oncord.
  • Deleting an event will not remove it from Oncord.

Attendees
  • Adding new attendees will not update in Eventbrite.
  • Changes to attendees will not update in Eventbrite.
  • Checking in an attendee will not update in Eventbrite.
  • Deleting an attendee will not update in Eventbrite.

  • Checking in an attendee will also update in Oncord.
  • Deleting an attendee will also update in Oncord.

When Does a Sync Happen?

You can choose to enable or disable automatic synchronisation within the Eventbrite integration configuration page (Dashboard > Settings > Third Party Integrations).

Oncord will batch-sync with Eventbrite two minutes after an update takes place within Oncord.

For instance, if you updated an event start time at 2:00pm, and then the event location at 2:03pm. Both changes would be reflected at 2:04pm within Eventbrite.

If no update takes place within Oncord, a scheduled sync will take place after one day to download data from Eventbrite.
