Changing Your Oncord Plan

Oncord billing runs on the 1st of each month, based on the platform features that are enabled, and your account usage.

To manage the features that are enabled for your Oncord account:

Login to your Oncord Dashboard.
Click the "Settings" icon, located in the bottom left of the Dashboard.
Select the "Features" option.
Click the "ON/OFF" button associated with each feature to enable, or disable it.

Please be patient after making any changes - it will take a few seconds for your selected feature to fully install or uninstall.
