Setup The WorkflowMax Integration

The WorkflowMax integration is free, and can be enabled regardless of which Oncord plan you are running. It's worth noting that in order to get proper value from all features of the integration, you should enable the Marketing functionality of Oncord.

An easy way to determine whether you have this plan enabled is to look for the "Marketing" heading in the sidebar of your Oncord Dashboard. Upgrading your plan is a very easy process and normally instant, simply contact us.

What Data is Synchronised?

Please note: Two-way contact sync between Oncord and WorkflowMax is currently limited. Oncord currently retrieves WorkflowMax clients as contacts, and pushes website form submissions to WorkflowMax as leads. Updates in Oncord won't be reflected in WorkflowMax:

Contacts
  • Updating a contact in Oncord will not update WorkflowMax.
  • Deleting a contact will not remove them from WorkflowMax.
Contacts
  • Contacts within WorkflowMax are pulled into Oncord.
  • Changes to a contact are reflected in Oncord.
  • Deleting a contact will not remove them from Oncord.
  • Archiving a contact will not remove them from Oncord.
Form Submissions
  • Depending on configuration, form submissions can create new leads in WorkflowMax

When Does it Sync?

Oncord will batch-sync with WorkflowMax two minutes after an update takes place within Oncord.

For instance, if a web form submission takes place at 2:00pm, the submission will be reflected at 2:04pm within WorkflowMax.

If no update takes place in Oncord, a scheduled sync will take place after one day to download data from WorkflowMax.

Enable The WorkflowMax Integration

To enable the WorkflowMax integration; Login to Oncord, select the "Settings" icon located at the bottom of the left-hand menu, and then select the "Apps" page. Click the "Enable Integration" button in the WorkflowMax integration box and follow the steps to allow Oncord to access your WorkflowMax account.
