Sales Items
Oncord’s Sales Items tool allows you to view sales data from an item-level perspective.
While the All Sales tool provides a summary of entire orders and invoices, Sales Items breaks those transactions down further by displaying each individual product sold across all sales.
This view is particularly useful when you want to track product-specific activity, review individual line items, or analyse purchasing patterns over time.
How to Access the Sales Items Tool
To get started:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Commerce > Sales.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select “Sales Items” from the dropdown menu.
You’ll now see a detailed list of every individual product sold, complete with links to invoices and customer profiles.
You can also use the Custom Filter to narrow down the list based on specific criteria.
