Exporting Products
Exporting your products database from Oncord is straightforward. You can easily generate a CSV file, which is the most widely used format for handling product and contact data.
CSV files are compatible with applications like Microsoft Excel and can be imported into various third-party platforms.
This guide will walk you through the steps to export your product database, including how to apply filters to refine the data you export.
Export Products Based on a Filter
Oncord allows you to export a subset of your products by applying custom filters such as category, brand, and more. To export filtered products:
- Go to Dashboard > Commerce > Products.
- Select the Custom Filter tab at the top.
- Define your filter conditions. Products matching your criteria will be displayed.
- Click Export Data at the bottom-right of the product table to download a CSV file containing the filtered products data.
For a detailed walkthrough on setting up filters, refer to our Filtering Products guide.
