Print Nametags And Generate a Guest List
Managing attendees on event day requires preparation. Two of the most useful tools in Oncord are the Nametags and Guest List features.
Nametags make networking easier and give your event a professional touch, while guest lists help staff track attendance and streamline check-ins. Both can be created directly from your event dashboard.
Printing Nametags
Nametags not only help attendees connect with each other, they also make your event look well-organised. With Oncord, you can generate professional nametags in just a few clicks.
Steps to Print Nametags
- Go to Dashboard > Marketing > Events
- Select your event
- Click Nametags
- Select which Attendance Status to include (e.g. Attending, Maybe, Not Attending, No RSVP)
- (Optional) Filter attendees by group
- Choose your Nametag Template
- Click Create Nametags PDF to generate your file
Generating a Guest List
A guest list ensures your team has accurate attendee details at check-in. You can customise the layout, select which details to include, and export the list in your preferred format.
Steps to Generate a Guest List
- Go to Dashboard > Marketing > Events
- Select your event
- Click Guestlist
- Select which Attendance Status to include
- Choose columns to display (e.g. Name, Company, Mobile Number, Status)
- Select Page Orientation (Portrait or Landscape)
- Choose your file format: PDF or CSV
- Click Generate Guest List
Your file will be ready for download and can be used by staff at the event entrance or shared internally.
