Send Email And Sms To Attendees
Clear communication with attendees is key to a successful event. Oncord makes it easy to reach your audience by sending customised emails or SMS messages based on RSVP status.
You can confirm attendance, send reminders, or follow up with those who haven’t yet responded, all without needing third-party tools.

- Go to Dashboard > Marketing > Events
- Select your event
- Click E-mail
- Choose the RSVP group to target (e.g. Attending, Maybe, No RSVP)
- Click Create E-mail
- Design your email, then send or schedule it
For detailed steps on email design and sending, refer to our Email Marketing Help Guide.
Sending SMS Messages
- From your event dashboard, click SMS
