View Contacts Statistics
Oncord Contacts Statistics tool provides insights into the performance of your marketing and customer acquisition efforts. Use this feature to track registrations over time, understand your audience demographics, and evaluate the impact of campaigns.
How to access the Contacts Statistics
Navigate to Dashboard > Customer > Contacts.
Click the "Statistics" option on the top of the page.
Understanding the Statistics Page
- Registrations
The registration graph shows the number of new contact registrations over your selected time period.

Use the controls to switch between Week, Month, Year, or Financial Year.
- Adjust the date range as needed to generate a custom report.
Campaigns and activities that contributed to registrations (e.g., Email Marketing, Blog posts, Conferences, Ads) are displayed directly on the timeline for quick reference.

- Gender: View the breakdown of male, female, and unknown contacts in a pie chart.
- Countries: See where your contacts are located, with a map highlighting geographic distribution.
