Export / Import Emails
You can export your emails from one Oncord account and import them into another. This is useful when moving content between accounts or consolidating campaigns.
Export emails
- Navigate to Marketing > E-mail.
- Click the three-dot menu at the top of the page.
- Select Export from the menu.
-
In the pop-up window, choose whether to export Broadcast Emails, Automations, or both.
- Select the emails you want to export.
- Click Export Emails.
A .zip file containing your selected emails will download to your computer. This file can then be imported into another Oncord account.
Import emails
- Navigate to Marketing > E-mail.
- Click the three-dot menu at the top of the page.
- Select Import.
- Upload the .zip file that was exported from the other account.
- Review the uploaded file, and then click Import Messages.
The imported emails will appear in your Broadcast Emails or Automations list, depending on their type.
