Managing Unsubscribers

You can view and manage contacts who have unsubscribed from your email marketing messages. The Unsubscribers page helps you stay compliant with email regulations and maintain a clean mailing list.

View Unsubscribers

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Marketing > E-mail.
  2. Click the Unsubscribes button at the top of the page.

The Unsubscribers page lists all contacts who have opted out of receiving your email marketing messages.
Each record displays:

  • The date and time the unsubscribe occurred.
  • The contact’s name and email address.
  • The IP address used during the unsubscribe.
  • The email campaign the contact unsubscribed from.

You can re-subscribe a contact manually if needed:

  • Click the three-dot button next to the contact.
  • Select Re-subscribe Contact(s).

Note: Only re-subscribe a contact if you have received their explicit permission to do so.


Add a new or manual unsubscribe

You can manually add unsubscribers to ensure your contact list stays up to date, even for users who requested removal outside of an email campaign.

  1. On the Unsubscribers page, click New / Manual Unsubscribe at the top of the page.
  2. Enter the E-mail Address that you are unsubscribing.
  3. (Optional) Enter a Reason for Unsubscribe to record additional context.
  4. Click Unsubscribe.

The contact will be added to your unsubscribe list and excluded from future marketing messages.
