Managing Unsubscribers
You can view and manage contacts who have unsubscribed from your email marketing messages. The Unsubscribers page helps you stay compliant with email regulations and maintain a clean mailing list.
View Unsubscribers
- Navigate to Dashboard > Marketing > E-mail.
- Click the Unsubscribes button at the top of the page.
The Unsubscribers page lists all contacts who have opted out of receiving your email marketing messages.
Each record displays:
- The date and time the unsubscribe occurred.
- The contact’s name and email address.
- The IP address used during the unsubscribe.
- The email campaign the contact unsubscribed from.
You can re-subscribe a contact manually if needed:
- Click the three-dot button next to the contact.
- Select Re-subscribe Contact(s).
Note: Only re-subscribe a contact if you have received their explicit permission to do so.
Add a new or manual unsubscribe
You can manually add unsubscribers to ensure your contact list stays up to date, even for users who requested removal outside of an email campaign.
- On the Unsubscribers page, click New / Manual Unsubscribe at the top of the page.
- Enter the E-mail Address that you are unsubscribing.
- (Optional) Enter a Reason for Unsubscribe to record additional context.
- Click Unsubscribe.
The contact will be added to your unsubscribe list and excluded from future marketing messages.
